Delores “Dee Dee” Rucker 56, formerly of Barnesville transitioned on Wednesday July 28 in the Wellstar Spalding Regional Center. Graveside Services was held on Monday 12:00pm in the Greenwood Cemetery. Pastor Jimmy Lyons officiated. Trice Funeral Home Inc. of Barnesville was entrusted with all professional services. Delores leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband, Monte, her sons and wives, Monte Jr(Leydy) all of Griffin, GA, Montaveous(Abby) ,a cousin that she viewed as the daughter she never had, Santae Jones all of Barnesville, GA; grandchildren; Mason, Leilana, Tailynn, Taivynn and Javion; sister and brothers, Marcia Lockhart and Dennie Lyons of Barnesville, GA; Frederick Jones aka BooBoo(Geneva), of Thomaston, GA. A cousin who is like a brother, Jimmy Harris(Renee) and of Thomaston, GA. She had a very special bond with her aunt, Narvis Jean Jackson (James) of Griffin, GA. aunt and uncles; Robin(Randy) Foster of Barnesville, GA, and Johnny Jackson , Fletcher(Alberta) Harris , Phillip(Allison) Harris all of Barnesville, GA and Grady Jackson of St. Louis, Mo. Sister in law: Miranda Moreland of Griffin, GA and Lisa (Kenny) Wiggins of Philadelphia, PA. Brother in laws; Rashad Rucker of Griffin, GA, Bernard Rucker of Philadelphia, PA.. A host of Nieces, Nephews , Cousins, and many dear friends whom all will miss her dearly.
