A phalanx of law enforcement officers swarmed a home at 151 Grove Street in Barnesville Monday evening, hoping to locate suspects in a drive-by shooting that took place on Greenwood Street in Barnesville Saturday night. No one was in the residence. Officers then relocated to Fuller’s Trailer Park and made two arrests.Capt. Al Moltrum identified those arrested as Kahlif Lee, 25, and Raphael Khalil Kelley, 19. The Grove Street operation included a sniper perched atop a nearby storage facility. MoltrumTwo arrested at Fuller’s Trailer Park on 7/1/2019 at approximately 6:15 p.m. in the Greenwood street shooting this past weekend. Kahlif Lee of 151 Grove Street age 25 was apprehended after receiving information of his location in Fuller’s Trailer Park just off Hwy 19-41 without incident. A second arrest was made on Raphael Khalil Kelley of Lot 28 Hwy 19-41 age 19 for his involvement in the shooting incident.
