Drought? What drought? Forget global warming, too.

At 1 p.m. Dec. 2, most areas of Lamar County had recorded in excess of 3.5 inches of rain with much more on the way in from the southwest. Rain is expected to taper off and end by midnight but not before another 1.5 to 2 inches falls. Temperatures will then plunge with Thursday’s high predicted at only 41 degrees. Snow is possible in the Georgia mountains overnight. How much rain have you had?
