A dump truck overturned on Highway 41 near C&B convenience store Friday morning, blocking traffic temporarily. UPDATE: The driver, George N. Lupo, 72, of Cochran is in serious condition at Navicent Medical center in Macon. he is expected to recover. According to an eye witness, the truck jack knifed and then flipped over on the cab, sliding down the highway. The driver was life flighted to a Macon hospital but was reportedly conscious and talking after the wreck. Check back for more details as they become available.
