E. T. Carlyle Co. attorney George E. Butler II penned a letter late Monday afternoon terming Judge Tommy Wilson’s recent filing in the case a ‘phantom ruling’. Butler claims his client has now succeeded in ‘vindicating’ its right to build and operate an inert C&D landfill in Lamar County. The letter is published herewith.
