Early voting in the Nov. 3 general election and the municipal election in Milner starts Monday, Oct. 12 and runs through Friday, Oct. 30. Ballots may be cast at the elections office in the county annex building (former Thomaston Street Barracks). Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:30-5 p.m. Saturday voting is Oct. 24 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information, call 770.358.5235.
