Easy Microwave Corn on the Cob

It’s easy, delicious and on sale this week at Giant Mart. 1. Soak two ears of corn submerged in water for about 10 minutes. 2. Place both ears of corn in the microwave. Do not remove the husk. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 3. Use a kitchen towel or oven mit to remove the corn from the microwave. It will be hot. 4. Cut the bottom of the corn off with a knife, stem end, about one row of corn from the end. 5. Peel the husk. The silk will most likely stay with the husk. That’s it. Eat and enjoy.
