Mrs. Elenora Elizabeth Ellis Vance, age 89, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 in a Griffin healthcare facility. Mrs. Vance was born in Morgan County to the late Mr. Julian Homer Ellis and the late Mrs. Alma Harper Ellis. She was a member of the Baptist faith, a homemaker, and a pink lady for a while. Mrs. Vance loved to go bowling because this was her passion. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Irving Howard Vance. Survivors include her daughter, Diane Johnson (& Larry); three sons, Irving Howard Vance, Jr. (& Sue), Jerry Vance, Danny Vance (& Jane); 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Elenora Vance were conducted Monday, February 23, 2015 in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Interment was in Sherwood Memorial Park.
