Mrs. Emma M. Hooper Wimberly, 81 of 152 12th Street, Barnesville transitioned in the Heritage Inn Nursing Home last Monday. Funeral Services were held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the East Mount Sinai Baptist Church. Pastor Jimmy Lyons officiated and interment was in the Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Wimberly leaves to cherish her memory husband Mr. Oscar Wimberly of Barnesville; sons, Mr. Willie B. Dinkins III of Rahway, NJ, Mr. Cedric (Kim) Dinkins of Richmond, VA, and Dr. Juan S. (Sandra) Dinkins of Franklin, TN. Five grandchildren also survive along with brothers, Mr. George Corbin of Morris Township, NJ and Mr. Elbert (Mattie) Corbin of Richmond, VA, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends will all cherish her memory. Trice Funeral Home of Barnesville was in charge of all professional services.
