Enumerating the errant, criminal element among us

The following cases were on the docket March 20 in Lamar superior court. Judge Bill Fears presided. Carmella C. Parker, aggravated assault; revoked two years probation. Reginald Foster, possession of marijuana: probation revoked for failure to pay. Phillip B. Vigil, VGCSA (marijuana): must pay fine arrearage of $979 by May 12 or go to jail. Paul Kesner, VGCSA (cocaine) must pay fine arrearage of $1488 by May 12 or go to jail. Bond motions: Timothy W. Cherrior, using communication devices to sell drugs, possession of a drug related object, possession of controlled substances and obstruction of an officer: bond set at $15,000 plus search and specimen clause. Stephen Dukes, using communications devices to sell drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and obstruction: bond denied; already out on bond when most recent offense committed. Bengamin Reece, burglary and theft by taking: bond set at $15,000 plus search and specimen clause. Timothy J. Alford, sale of a controlled substance (methadone), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, drugs not in original container and possession of a controlled substance: bond denied. Randall W. Smith, use of communication devices to sell drugs, sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and obstruction: bond granted previously not in open court. Jessie N. Burke, criminal interference with government property and two counts reckless conduct: bond previously set not in open court. Arion T. Graves, battery, first degree cruelty to children and third degree cruelty to children: $1000 bond previously set not in open court. Jeronimo R. Lorenso Morales, failure to maintain lane, no driver’s license, trafficking in meth, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a weapon during commission of a crime: ICE hold for illegal immigrant, $25,000 bond plus search and specimen clause. David C. Hackney, trafficking in meth, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm during commission of a crime: $25,000 bond, probation hold plus search and specimen clause. Jeffery Taras, first degree forgery: bond denied, already on parole for aggravated assault. Jimmy C. Allen, battery and kidnapping: continued. Tyronne Wedderburn, following too close and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute: $10,000 bond previously set not in open court. Robert L. Haralson, computer pornography, electronic child exploitation and child exploitation: $10,000 bond previously set not in open court. James L. Watts, VGCSA (cocaine): motion to void sentence denied. Darius A. Bailey, two counts VGCSA (marijuana): remanded to probation. Darryl M. Allen, obstruction, reckless driving and fleeing and attempting to elude: 12 months probation plus $1500 fine. Mark McWilliams, theft by receiving stolen property: remanded to intensive probation.
