Evidence the Zebra has died

Evidence, a Zebra found grazing along I-75 in Lamar County in April 2008, has died.Evidence, then about three months old, apparently fell from a truck on the busy interstate and was then hit by a car.The zebra was taken to Auburn University where it underwent two surgeries and recovered. It later lived at Noah’s Ark in Locust Grove.On November 20, Evidence fell ill and was loaded onto a trailer for a return trip to Auburn. He was dead on arrival at the vet. hospital there.The Zebra’s death was attributed to the failure of a stent put in during his original surgical procedure.
