Family of soldier KIA finds treasure trove of his possessions

A visit from officials from the Hinesville fire department last week brought tears of joy to the eyes of Patsy Rabuck, mother of Sgt. Davy Weaver who was killed Sunday, May 18, 2008 in Afghanistan. Senior firefighter Justin Zeiman discovered an entire trunk full of memorabilia, including Weaver’s medals, uniforms, flags, Bible and irreplaceable photo albums ‘“ plus a 30 gallon plastic storage bin full of other possessions ‘“ in an abandoned trailer that reverted to his grandmother’s ownership.
