Twelve trees are entered so far in the Festival of Trees set for Dec. 3, 3-7 p.m., at the women’s clubhouse on Stafford Avenue. Event organizer Martha Windle said the Barnesville Women’s League is sponsoring the event as a fundraiser for their community projects. Members of the club have donated refreshments, items for door prizes and decorations for the Festival of Trees, which this year replaces the annual Tour of Homes for the league.
