A domestic dispute on Church Street sent a victim to the hospital and led to the arrest of her alleged assailant June 25. Michelle Needs called 911 after finding 37-year-old Christina Irene Burge bleeding on her front porch at 117 Church St. following the altercation next door, according to a report filed by Deputy Jonathan Hamrick. Burge (top photo) had injuries to her chest, neck, mouth and the left side of her head. She was transported to a Macon hospital. Burge identified Terodrick Dedarious Grier (bottom) as her assailant and said he fled with four children in his car. He was arrested soon thereafter on Mill Street and charged with battery. More charges are pending. Burge’s house showed signs of a struggle and a small amount of marijuana was found. The investigation is ongoing.
