Ingredients:1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 pkg. taco seasoning, divided1 lb. cod, grouper or tilapia (1 inch cubes)2 tbsp. vegetable oil2 tbsp. lemon juice1 pkg. soft taco shells, warmedToppings: shredded cabbage, tomato, lime juice and salsa.Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, 2 tbsp. seasoning mix in bowl.Combine fish, vegetable oil, lemon juice and remaining taco seasoning in bowl; pour into skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until fish flakes.Fill shells with mixture and garnish with toppings.
