Longtime deputy court clerk Joan Brooks Ruffin died early Friday morning in an area hospital. Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at the Ruffin home at 7029 Yatesville Rd. in Yatesville. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 18 at 3 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church.
