Great weather, renovated square, more parking For the first time in four years, it appears the Forsythia Festival will enjoy perfect weather. Highs should be around 70 degrees with sunny skies on Saturday and Sunday for the 24th annual Forsythia Festival. Cold, rain and snow have plagued the Festival over the past three years. This year’s Festival returns to the historic Forsyth Courthouse Square as Streetscape renovations are winding down. Meanwhile, the Department of Corrections is opening its Magnolia Parking Lot at Railroad Avenue and Tift College Drive as a place for free public parking.
