However the fourth car, a full size SUV, did not slow according to witnesses, and caused a chain reaction of rear endings. Though 3 of the 4 automobiles had to be towed away, no one was seriously injured. One victim was transported to Spalding Regional Medical Center for some standard procedural testing. The accident took place on College Drive just past Harrell Circle and Officer Mark Evans of the Barnesville Police Dept. was the first responder.
