A two car collision on Ga. Hwy. 7 at McLean Rd. sent two people to area hospitals Thursday afternoon. Milner artist Bill Stevens was trapped for some time in a Dodge Dakota pickup and had to be cut out of vehicle by Lamar firefighters. The truck collided with a compact car driven by an unidentified female. Neither had injuries that were thought to be life-threatening. The accident occurred at about 3 p.m. and tangled traffic in the southbound lane of the highway for awhile.
