Spalding County authorities have made a fourth arrest in connection with the brutal murder of 24-year-old Kevin Donald Harmon whose body was found at a vacant lot in Runaway lake subdivision Monday. The full release from Capt. Tony Ranieri of the Spalding County S.O. follows: Sheriff Stewart wanted to update the public reference to the homicide investigation being conducted by his investigator’s that occurred during the early morning hours of Monday. According to Stewart a third person has been arrested and charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery of 24 year old Kevin Donald Harmon who was found brutally murdered Monday afternoon by investigators. Stewart stated that William Franklin Moore Jr., 30 years old sustained injuries during the murder and was the person that was taken by Life Flight to an Atlanta Hospital on Monday morning. As the investigation continued it was learned that Moore was also involved in the brutal murder of Harmon and the stories that were told about how Moore was injured were found not to be true. Stewart stated that no other arrest are pending and this case will be reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. Moore is being held without bond in the Spalding County jail.
