Mr. Frankie James Geiger, age 60, of Atlanta, Ga., died on Saturday, May 19 at a local hospital in Atlanta.Mr. Geiger is survived by a wife, Mrs. Veronica Griffin Geiger of Atlanta, Ga.; his mother, Mrs. Luvenia Perdue of Barnesville, Ga.; one child, Nicky Geiger of Cleveland, Ohio; sisters and brother, Mr. Conrad Geiger of Barnesville, Ga., Mrs. Martha Owens (Lonnie Ray) and Mrs. Marcella Mitchell (Willie) all of Columbus, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and other close friends who live in Lamar County.Funeral services for Mr. Frankie James Geiger were on Friday, May 25, at 1 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church and interment followed in the church cemetery. Pastor H.A. Slaughter officiated.Bentley’s and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of all professional services.
