Ms. Yasmin Armena Wright was born on June 15, 1990, to Tracy Holland Burden, and Christopher Daryl Wright, Sr., in Griffin Spalding County, Georgia. She attended Griffin Spalding County Schools in Griffin, Georgia.
On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, Yasmin left her earthly home to reap her just reward. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie and Rosetta Holland; Lizetta and Jesse Bowman, Rosie Lee Fletcher, CH Foster, Frank and Beatrice Wright, Joseph and Jessie Andrews; sisters, Christi Wright; uncles, Terrance Wright, Dwight Williams, and Corez Jackson.
Ms. Yasmin Armena Wright leaves to cherish her memory her seven children, Se’Magee McCune, Kendrick Wright, Keyon Wright, Ayunah Wright, Jordan Wright, Future Byrd, and Ayden Byrd; her parents, Tracy (Tim) Burden, and Christopher Daryl (Shannon) Wright; grandparents, Rev. Frank (Minnie) Wright; siblings, Christopher Daryl Wright, Jr., Ja’Queria Jones, Inagia Rojas, Shwonda Burden, Keiona Wright, De’Markus Wright, and Dallas Wright; uncles and aunts, Phillip (Vivian) Holland, Rickey Harris, Carla Holland, Chandra (Eric) Fletcher, Charles Holland, Roxie Holmes, Kendra Myles, Demetrious Martg Juriel, Katrina Wright, Yosheca (Ray) Morrow, Frank Wright, IV, Niheisha Williams, Connie (Mike) Sweet, Erika (Sam “Boot”) Freeman, Shana Wright, Brandy Wright, Bianca Wright, Christian Wright, Lutricia Clark, Teresa Curtis, Cheryl Williams, Jacqueline Williams, and Tyrone White; loving friends, Andra Byrd and the entire Byrd family; special cousin, Courtney Holland; special friends, Ashley Mitchell, Pharez Daniel, Diane Calloway, Eiretria Jones, and Garrietta battle. She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: Will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Burden’s Funeral Home.
A HOME GOING CELEBRATION: Will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Burden’s Funeral Home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service hour. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Frank Wright (her grandfather) is the Eulogist. “Our daughter is a never ending song in our hearts of comfort, happiness, and being.
