Funeral services have been finalized for Mildred Opal Smith. Smith, 77, died early this morning from injuries received in a traffic accident Monday at the deadly intersection of highways 18 and 341 here. Visitation for Mrs. Smith, who retired as a seamstress from Carter’s, will be held at Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 12 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on August 13 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
