Officers from the Barnesville Police Department and the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office conducted a raid July 1 at the Hot Shot store on Veteran’s Parkway. BPD chief Chuck Keadle and LCSO spokesman Major Brad White both confirmed the raid Friday. Keadle said the investigation is ongoing but that authorities sezied six video poker machines from the store. More on this story as it develops.
