Enterprise Propane Terminals & Storage, the firm that owns the huge troubled gas cavern north of Milner that sprung a leak last fall, has bought out one neighbor for a price that other nearby land owners think is exorbitant and has them looking for checks of their own. One group of neighbors may seek legal representation after Enterprise paid over $118,000 per acre for a 2.5 acre tract. The problems at the cavern, which in the past have included poisoned wells on neighboring properties, have drawn the attention of the state geologist.
