The Gasoline Brothers are among the acts that will perform Saturday at Summer in the Stix at Ritz Park in downtown Barnesville The band is comprised of members who have played and toured with The Georgia Satellites, Mick Jagger, Billy Idol and Driving ‘n Crying. ”We have been on the road the past two years opening shows for Blackberry Smoke, The Band Perry, Rodney Atkins and Eric Church to name a few. We are a rock/country band cut from the same cloth as Tom Petty, Steve Earle and The Rolling Stones. We are working on our first Nashville record to be released this winter. We are looking forward to the Barnesville gig,” noted band member Ray Strickland.
