Ginger Hill Middleton

Mrs. Ginger Hill Middleton, 40, of Barnesville passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Emory Hospice in Atlanta. Ginger was born Nov. 19, 1973 in East Point, Ga., daughter of Wyly and Valerie Hill. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a Licensed Practical Nurse at Fayette Pediatrics. Ginger loved riding motorcycles, yoga, spending time with family and caring for others in need. She was looking forward to her upcoming grandchild. Survivors in addition to her parents include her husband of 10 years, Tommy Middleton of Barnesville; children, Kylie Womack, Taylor Middleton, Olivia Womack, and Bailey Thompson and his fiancée Kay; grandson, Hayden Thompson; maternal grandparents, Veleta and George Waltman of Goshen, Ala.; sister, Stephanie Hill of Barnesville; brother, Dustin Mikkelsen of Fairhope, Ala.; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Diane Hill of Yatesville; a special friend, Jody Head of Barnesville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Hill. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Garth Forster officiating. Following the service, her family will gather with friends for a time of remembrance and a celebration of Ginger’s life at the home of Paul and Ilicia Daly at 951 Hwy. 18 W.
