Gordon State College administrators, faculty, staff, foundation members and others took part in groundbreaking ceremonies on campus Thursday for the new student services center. The new $3 million facility will allow the college to streamline the admissions process for students. It is being built on the site of the old Haygood Keadle home at the corner of College Drive and Spencer St. Construction will begin soon with project completion expected by early next summer.
