A man charged with phoning in bomb threats to convenience stores throughout middle Georgia heads up the list of cases to be taken up by the Lamar County grand jury when it convenes September 13 at 9 a.m.SATISHKUMAR N. PATEL is charged locally with three counts of false public alarm, domestic terrorism, four counts of terroristic threats and two counts of unlawful conduct during a 911 call.Also on the list for possible indictment are five people charged with running an Aldora meth lab.STARLA K. HOWARD, DANIEL AARON PRESLEY, THOMAS EDWARD REVELL, LARRY BRADFORD SEALOCK and TINA LEE SEALOCK are charged with possession of substances with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.Also among the 167 warrants to be considered by the grand jury are these cases of interest: ROBERT CHARLES DARNELL, harassing phone calls and six counts of terroristic threats.ARNITA SHERRELL GREER, 33 counts financial transaction card fraud.ERIC S. HAMM, aggravated sexual battery.MYRA NANETTE HINES, sale and distribution of false identification cards and nine counts second degree forgery.ORENTHAL DARRIS HINES, sale and distribution of false identification cards, first degree forgery and 19 counts second degree forgery.JEFFERY DEWAYNE HOARD, false imprisonment, sexual battery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.AMANDA LYNN MCDADE, first degree cruelty to children.BRITTANY REDDING, 12 counts financial transaction card fraud.THOMAS MARK SMITH, aggravated child molestation, four counts child molestation, sexual exploitation of children and two counts computer pornography.There is also the possibility the grand jury could take up the Donna Johnson murder case.
