The Lamar County grand jury will convene on September 12 with over 140 cases on its docket.Not among them is the murder case against Frenchie Fambro whose murder charges were dismissed and walked free last week.Fambro, had been charged in connection with the July 21 shooting death of Christopher Martin Stepanski at Jr. Food Mart in Barnesville.The grand jury will take up the cases against five men charged with making a YouTube video threatening the life of Barnesville police investigator Al Moltrum. Immanuel Babajide, Elix Mayes,Frederick Harden, Bryan Wyke and British Wyke are each charged with terroristic threats and unlawful acts.Also on the docket is the case against Richard Fagin who was allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level of .31 when he caused a traffic accident that killed a Grove Street woman. The reading of .08 is considered intoxicated in Georgia. Fagin is charged with first degree vehicular homicide, two counts of serious injury by vehicle, two counts of DUI and multiple other traffic offenses.Other cases of interest include:Jose Luis Garcia Jr., statutory rape and aggravated child molestation.John R. Gray, 30 counts of theft by conversion.Cleveland Octavius Hardin, rape and child molestation.Aaron Jamerson, two counts statutory rape.Enrico Antwain Taylor, two counts child molestation.
