Former SCLC pres. arrested in tractor assault A Lamar County man who formerly served as president of the local chapter of the Southern Christ-ian Leadership Conference was arrested October 1 after allegedly assaulting three people with a tractor in an apparent boundary dispute here. Claude Holloway Jr., 57, of 231 Holloway Rd., was charged with two counts aggravated assault, two counts of reckless conduct and second degree criminal damage to property.
