A superior court hearing on the matter of nuisance odors at the Greenco composting facility on Roger Brown Drive has been postponed. The hearing, originally set for Thursday, April 22 has been delayed until May 13 at 1 p.m. before Judge Tommy Wilson. Greenco attorney Dolph Winders reportedly had a conflict that resulted in the delay. Greenco claims that it has been singled out for harassment by county code enforcement personnel and that the nuisance ordinance is selectively enforced.
