Tim and Melia Lesko of Greenco Environmental will go before Judge Tommy Wilson in Lamar superior court this morning in the latest chapter of the ongoing saga of odors emanating from their composting facility on Roger Brown Drive. County administrator Wayne Patterson said zoning enforcement officer Wimpy Vaughn would be the only person to testify against Greenco. Odor complaints from residents living near Greenco have increased in recent months.
