Griffin police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Matthew James. James’ last known address was 1307 Grantland Rd. in Griffin. He has outstanding fugitive warrants for obstruction of an officer, escape, violation of probation, possession of marijuana and theft by receiving stolen property.
