Georgia State Patrol Post 44 in Forsyth investigated 14 traffic crashes during October in Lamar County. The accidents resulted in 11 injuries and no deaths. Troopers issued 56 citations in Lamar during the month including four DUIs, 36 speeding and three seatbelt violations. They also issued 28 warnings.
