Sebastian Bryant Hahn surrendered to authorities just after 4:30 p.m. after a long manhunt.A motorist flagged down Capt. David Knight to report seeing a man in a plaid shirt jumping a fence near the intersection of Community House and Brent roads. Capt. Knight soon spotted Hahn who surrendered without a struggle. He was not carrying the shotgun he left home with earlier.DNR Ranger Keith Page and his K9 Drake backtracked along Hahn’s trail and found the weapon in the woods about an hour after the arrest.
