Guillermo Martinez, the Home Depot manager charged with selling Leviton trade secrets to General Protecht, is going to prison.Martinez, 47, was sentenced to four months in federal prison and four months community confinement.Martinez also got three years probation and a $10,000 fine.General Protecht at one time had plans to build a large plant here.
