This information was forwarded by Jennifer Pritchett and the magistrate court. The missing teen is the daughter of her best friend. UPDATE: Jessika has been found and is safe. This is Jessika Fulcher, she is 14 years old, has dark blonde hair, hazel/green eyes, approximately 5’6″ tall . She has been missing since Sept. 12th, 2014, last seen at Haralson Co. high school, that morning. She was living at Foundations group home in Haralson Co. Ga. She was in the care of Ga. Dept. of Family and Children’s Service in Upson County, Ga. to get medical treatment she needs to help her. She has been diagnosed with mental disorders and was court ordered to be placed in a maximum overwatch facility by family court in order to get the help she needs. Dfacs has failed to do so. She needs her medication and treatment. She was reported missing by Foundations group home in Breman, Ga. to the Haralson Co. Sheriff’s office and to Upson County Dfacs. They currently are not searching for her. She is listed on GCIC as a runaway. Please help us find her. She is loved and cared for and her family wants her found and getting the treatment that was promised for her. Just because she is in the care of the State, is not a reason to NOT search for her.
