Here are five steps toward health care reform

In part one of this column I mentioned health care coverage for all legal citizens is a noble idea the vast majority of Americans support. Further, I said most Americans agree some form of health care reform is needed. Though many of the problems involving the American health care system are complex, they are solvable. The major fault of the current health care reform proposal being debated before Congress is typical of our government at large: the plan was developed by individuals with little or no practical experience with the problems plaguing the industry under consideration ‘“ in this case, health care.
