Two Barnesville men were charged with public indecency by Monroe County authorities after residents on Mayfield Road there observed them engaged in a sex act. Michael Brad Edmonson, 23, and Shawn Patrick Hanley, 32, were jailed July 23. One resident told dispatchers he and his wife observed one of the males masturbating the other.
