Green Gordon State College will host Action Sports Academy at Alumni Memorial Hall tonight in an exhibition basketball game that will serve as a final tune up before the Highlanders open the regular season Saturday afternoon here against West Georgia Tech. Last week Gordon played a pre-season exhibition against Darton State in Albany, beating the Cavaliers 82-60. The Highlanders were led by Michael Pack who scored 26 points and grabbed five rebounds. Devonte Thornton had 19 points and grabbed eight boards. Rudy Winters added 12 points. Tonight’s exhibition begins at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday’s season opener will tip-off at 4 p.m.
