By Ken K. Green Gordon College outlasted Waycross College 60-57 in a first round GCAA basketball tournament game here Tuesday night. Israel Ingle’s team advances to the semi-final round where they will face third seeded Middle Georgia Friday at 5 p.m. in Decatur. The second seed Highlanders and the Warriors split two games during the regular season with each team winning by two points on the other’s home court. The Gordon/Middle Georgia winner will face either top-ranked Perimeter or Albany Tech Saturday at 4 p.m. in Decatur for the tournament championship and a trip to the 16-team NJCAA tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas.
