An apparent home invasion early Sunday morning at 121 Westchester Drive in Barnesville resulted in the death of one black male and the arrests of three others on murder charges. When the alleged attack took place just after 3:30 a.m. about a dozen people were partying at the house. Danavan Frank Bussey, 21, a Gordon sophomore who lived in the home was shot in the face with a shotgun and died shortly thereafter. Three young men from the neighborhood were arrested and charged with murder, felony murder, armed robbery and burglary. All remain in the Lamar jail. BPD chief Chuck Keadle identified them as Shameik Spinks, 17, of 6 Brown St.; Lekievius Eleby, 21, of 107 Westchester Dr.; and Bryce A. Smith, 20, of 202 Westchester Dr.
