An 82-year-old woman hit and killed a five-year-old child who was getting off a school bus in Cobb County Wednesday. There is no question the oldster was at fault. Should there be special periodic driving tests for those over 75 to determine if they are safe behind the wheel. Should the woman go to prison for life? Should her family be punished for allowing her to drive when she apparently lacked the ability to do so safely?
