The aroma of smoking ‘que is in the air, the weather is beautiful and the party is on as BBQ & Blues ’14 is underway in downtown Barnesville. Free music begins at 5 p.m. The show opens with a set by veteran Atlanta bluesman Ross Pead. Next up is the Muddy Guy Band from Thomaston. Closing the show will be the Loose Change. The stage is located between the old FNB building and the old tax assessors office. You can park the children nearby at the Kids Park or take part in a corn hole tournament with a top prize of $250 in cash. Just show up and enjoy good music, great food and a fabulous atmosphere.
