Mr. Jesse Olin Faulkner, age 81, of Barnesville, passed away March 26, 2016, at his home. He was born in Griffin, son of the late John Faulkner and Martha Johnson Faulkner. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed going to church and was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Barnesville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters: Johnny Faulkner, David Faulkner, Mary Berry and Sara McBride. He is survived by his long-time girlfriend: Vera Kendrick of Zebulon; brothers and sisters: Bobby Faulkner of Barnesville, Frances Lowe of The Rock, Ann English, Millie Corley, Charles Faulkner all of Barnesville; numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, March 29, from 12-2 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Audie Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Moody Memorial Gardens. Moody-Daniel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
