Mr. Jimmy Edward Wright, age 72, of Barnesville, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at his residence. He was born March 8, 1941 to the late Mr. Raymond Wright and the late Mrs. Pearl Wright. Mr. Wright is also preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Pearl Wright; and daughter, Amy Wright. He worked at Carters Mill as a fixer in the knitting room. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Evans Wright; two daughters, Lisa Wright and Tammy Farmer; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Williams and Peggy McCart; and two brothers, Jerry Wright and Randy (and Judy) Wright. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy Wright will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Cook officiating. Interment will be held in Lamar Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home.
