It hindered it and hurt the family.’ Vernon Keenan: Keenan is director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. ’The Herald-Gazette has done a series of articles on the death of Donna Johnson’s mother, resulting in generating some new leads in the case. Agents have pursued some and are in the process of pursuing the others.
