They may not be republished or disseminated in any form or format – including social media – without explicit permission.*********************Judge Bill Fears heard the motion for a new trial from Lance Kershaw, 63, who is serving 50 years at Wheeler Correctional Facility after being convicted on two counts child molestation, two counts invasion of privacy and first degree cruelty to children.On Oct. 17, 2016, Kershaw hung nude photos of a the female in several boys’ restrooms at Lamar County High School. He was captured on security video at the school.According to testimony at trial, Kershaw had rigged a small camera in a shower at the family home to get the photos of the female. A second female testified Kershaw told her he would help her with math homework if she showed him her breasts.
