Chief magistrate William Thomas and his staff will hold their annual free weddings day on Valentines Day Feb. 14 from 1-4 p.m. Flowers and light refreshments will be provided. Participating couples must have a marriage license issued by a probate court in Georgia. Couples are asked to register in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated only as time allows.
